Sell Us Your Books

We’re always interested in buying children’s books but we’re selective. We buy first editions with emphasis on condition. Despite the fact that children’s books were published for and used by children, it’s surprising that many have survived in excellent condition. With that in mind, we do not buy any books with defects such as loose bindings, missing pages, torn pages, internal soil or marks, x-library books.

Once we’ve determined that we might be interested in your books, here’s how it works: You send us your book(s) well cushioned in a sturdy box. (Shipping via the US Post Office via Priority Mail is best). When we receive the package we will make you an offer if we want to buy it. If you accept, we will send you a check and if not we will return the book. This has worked successfully for as long as we’ve been in business (since 1977). We’ve never had a book lost in shipping and also have never had an offer refused.
