GAME. (MOVEABLE) SPEAR'S COMIC TIVOLI GAME. no pub. info., circa 1890. Housed in a hinged pictorial box is a moveable game. Inside the lid are brightly colored hinged chromolithographed figures of a clown circus act - one clown has a hole for a mouth. In the bottom of the lid are holes and 7 balls. The child tries to get the ball into the hole in the clown's mouth that in turn causes all of the moveable pieces to move as the ball moves down the course. It eventually lands in a hole in the base with each hole assigned a value - similar to pinball. Quite wonderful and in very good condition.
